Breed clubs are officially recognised organisations dedicated to a specific dog breed, working under the guidance of The Royal Kennel Club. They exist to promote, protect and celebrate their chosen breed, ensuring its health, welfare, and future.
 

Most pedigree breeds have at least one dedicated club in the UK (many have several regional branches), made up of enthusiastic owners, breeders, and exhibitors.
